Policies
- We use the Brightwheel app to manage all of our tuitions and fees. Through Brightwheel you will manage your payment details by adding a bank account or credit card. Choosing autopay will ensure your tuition is always paid on time
- With Brightwheel you have the flexibility to make payments, check your account balances and access year-end tax receipts from the app, in real-time and from anywhere.
- Payments are due by the 1st of each month. After the 10th a $25 late fee will be applied to your account. If fees are not paid within 15 days from the 1st of the month, MHCP reserves the right to withhold services until the debt is paid or to terminate services.
- In order to cover the regular ongoing costs of the school, we cannot give credit or refunds during the regular school year for absences. Please see Parent Handbook for details.
